Expanding economic agency and livelihoods for communities facing systemic barriers, especially girls, women and LGBTQI+ people

We support ecosystem-level interventions that raise long-term earning power, agency, and dignity for communities facing systemic barriers with a special focus on women and LGBTQI+ people.

We prioritise approaches that go beyond short-term income support and instead build durable livelihood systems.

We look to support efforts that strengthen livelihood ecosystems rather than isolated trades; improve market access, bargaining power, and resilience; and enable participation in growing and future-facing economic opportunities.

This work includes support for community-anchored livelihood ecosystems, access to capital and networks for excluded groups, and platforms that expand voice, dignity, and aspiration.
